  1. Do you ship to my city and location?

  1. What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within 5 to 10 days of order confirmation. For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 12 – 15 days from the day of shipping, as indicated on your product page at the time of order. For Customized orders, Production starts once the size, fabric and others details are finalized.

  1. Are there any shipping charges or additional hidden charges?

No, shipments are free of charge. Any additional charges like Octroi or entry taxes are borne by you. Simply enter your pin-code during checkout to verify shipping availability.

  1. How do I track my order?

Sign up on arra.co.in and visit the “Order Tracking” section under the Shop menu at the bottom of the website. We proactively update you on your shipment’s progress via email or SMS. In case of delays, we’ll notify you promptly.

  1. What should I check upon product delivery?

Upon delivery, please inspect the product for any external damages, incomplete assembly (if applicable), and structural stability (especially for seating products). Refer to our quality guidelines for detailed checks.

  1. What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, notify the delivery personnel immediately. For issues noticed later, contact us at 08800802506 or support@arra.co.in within 10 days. Our team will assess and arrange for repair or replacement accordingly.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted except for manufacturing defects covered under warranty. Please ensure your presence during delivery to avoid any issues.

  1. Is there a cancellation fee?

A restocking fee of Rs. 499 applies to all cancellations, except for sofas which are made to order are non-cancellable. Advance order fees for sofas are non-refundable upon cancellation.

Note: Once delivery is complete and you’ve accepted the product, cancellation or replacement requests (except under warranty) cannot be accommodated. We advise customers to inspect products upon delivery for any defects.
