- What is the estimated delivery time?
Products are typically dispatched within 5 to 10 days of order confirmation. For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 12 - 15 days from the day of shipping, as indicated on your product page at the time of order. For Customized orders, Production starts once the size, fabric and others details are finalized.
- Are there any shipping charges or additional hidden charges?
No, shipments are free of charge. Any additional charges like Octroi or entry taxes are borne by you. Simply enter your pin-code during checkout to verify shipping availability.
- How do I track my order?
Sign up on arra.co.in and visit the "Order Tracking" section under the Shop menu at the bottom of the website. We proactively update you on your shipment's progress via email or SMS. In case of delays, we'll notify you promptly.
- What should I check upon product delivery?
Upon delivery, please inspect the product for any external damages, incomplete assembly (if applicable), and structural stability (especially for seating products). Refer to our quality guidelines for detailed checks.
- What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, notify the delivery personnel immediately. For issues noticed later, contact us at 08800802506 or support@arra.co.in within 10 days. Our team will assess and arrange for repair or replacement accordingly.
- Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted except for manufacturing defects covered under warranty. Please ensure your presence during delivery to avoid any issues.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
A restocking fee of Rs. 499 applies to all cancellations, except for sofas which are made to order are non-cancellable. Advance order fees for sofas are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Note: Once delivery is complete and you've accepted the product, cancellation or replacement requests (except under warranty) cannot be accommodated. We advise customers to inspect products upon delivery for any defects.
WARRANTY
- WARRANTY SUMMARY : The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period. the warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
- WARRANTY PERIOD: 24 Months (This warranty policy shall begin on the date the product was purchased)

- COVERED IN WARRANTY: Warranty of the product is limited to manufacturing defects only.
- NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY: - The alleged defect in the product is within acceptable industry norms, such as a movement of 4% in some fabrics.
- Cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
- Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (For example, upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
- Upholstery, coverings, or cushion covers are not covered by the warranty.
- Damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
- The products have been subjected to abnormal conditions such as environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, stress, or something similar.
- The flaw was caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or an accident.
- Damage or defect caused by treatment.
- In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. (For solid wood furniture)
- Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. Additionally, any claim for seasonal splits or joint opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase. (For solid wood furniture) - IMPORTANT NOTE: This Warranty is non- transferrable and you must present a valid invoice for the product to be eligible to claim under this policy. Any Alteration or modifications made to the product after purchase are not recomnended and will void the entire warranty.
- DISCLAIMER: Please note that product color may vary slightly due to different photographic lighting sources or your monitor/mobile settings. Similarly, dimensions may exhibit slight variations in the actual product. Thank you for your understanding.

Keep your furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, and avoid placing it near damp walls to prevent moisture damage. Use coasters or hot pads to protect the furniture from hot or cold items.
