1.3 The contract between you and ARRA is created upon successful delivery or collection of any part of your order, unless otherwise notified.

1.5 Changes to your order can be made by contacting us via email or phone. Note that ordering items at different times may result in color variations due to batch differences, studio lighting, screen resolution, and environmental light exposure.

  1. Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet customer demands, we may need to cancel or modify orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as Acts of God, war, strike, fire, or other unforeseen events.

  1. Complaints and Remarks

Contact us immediately via phone or email for any complaints or remarks. We handle complaints fairly, effectively, and confidentially, preserving your statutory rights as a consumer.

  1. Contractual Capacity

To purchase goods from ARRA.co.in, you must:

If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the validity of other parts remains unaffected.

  1. Entire Agreement

These terms, along with current website prices, delivery details, contact information, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement related to goods supply. No alterations are valid without written consent from ARRA.

  1. WARRANTY SUMMARY :

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period. the warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

  1. WARRANTY PERIOD:

This warranty policy shall begin on the date the product was purchased

  1. COVERED IN WARRANTY

Warranty of the product is limited to manufacturing defects only.

  1. NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY:
  • The alleged defect in the product is within acceptable industry norms such as movement of 4% in some fabrics.
  • Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
  • Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it’s exposed to direct sunlight)
  • No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Covers
  • The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
  • The products have been subjected to abnormal conditions such as environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, stress or something similar.
  • The flaw was caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or an accident.
  • Damaged or defect caused by treatment
  • In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. (for solid wood furniture)
  • Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits, joint opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase. (for solid wood furniture)

NOTE:

  • Product will be replaced only in the condition that it has non repairable manufacturing defect.
  • This Warranty is non- transferrable and you must present a valid invoice for the product to be eligible to claim under this policy. Any Alteration or modifications made to the product after purchase are not recommended and will void the entire warranty.
